No Refund After Delivery Started
Once an order is placed and processing has begun, we are unable to offer refunds. Please ensure your order details (link, quantity) are correct before submitting.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds or credits may be issued in the following cases: (1) The service was never started after 72 hours, (2) Significant under-delivery (less than 80% of ordered quantity), (3) Technical errors on our platform that prevented fulfilment.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of order placement. Include your Order ID, the issue encountered, and any supporting screenshots.
Refill Policy
Services marked with [Refill] include a refill guarantee for the specified period (e.g., 30 days). If your count drops during this period, contact support with your Order ID to request a refill.
Balance Refunds
Top-up credits are non-refundable once added to your account. Credits can only be used for purchasing services on our platform.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to your account balance within 24-48 business hours. Bank refunds (where applicable) may take 3-7 business days.
